    Connection Method: Electrofusion Fitting Welding

    1. Prepare the necessary tools. The outer surface of the pipe must be roughened, and the insertion depth must be marked.

    2. Before construction, perform a welding peel test to ensure welding effect, adjust the correct parameters before construction, and ensure that the project can be completed on schedule.

    3. For welding pipe fittings under 200, within 30 meters, a four-square-millimeter cable can be used. For more than 30 meters, a six-square-millimeter or larger cable must be used, with a maximum length of 100 meters. During welding, use a multimeter to measure whether the output voltage reaches more than 220V. For welding fittings over 200, a six-square-millimeter cable must be used. For more than 50 meters, a ten-square-millimeter cable must be used. For fittings over 315, a 380V power supply is recommended to prevent poor welding and unnecessary losses.

    4. After welding, pressurize according to the pressure rating of the pipes and fittings. During pressurization, an air vent must be installed every 50 meters to ensure that the pressurized air can be discharged normally.

    5. After welding, pressurize before backfilling to avoid unnecessary losses.

    Pressurization should be divided into three steps: first, water injection; second, pressure increase and air discharge; third, when the pressure reaches three kilograms, pause for three minutes and then inject water to ensure

    6. There is no air in the pipe, and then normal pressurization is carried out until the standard pressure of the pipes and fittings is reached. Maintaining pressure for more than six hours without pressure drop indicates that it is qualified.
